Our commitment

Augmen Properties LLC is committed to making our website accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to information about housing — full stop.

Standards we aim for

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, have motor impairments, or have cognitive disabilities.

Key measures we take include:

  • Semantic HTML structure so screen readers can navigate pages logically
  • Text alternatives (alt text) on all informational images
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
  • A visible skip-to-content link at the top of each page
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels

Known limitations

We are an early-stage company and our site is actively being improved. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know and we will address it promptly.

Third-party content — including the Buildium tenant portal — is subject to Buildium's own accessibility standards. If you need assistance accessing the portal, contact us and we will assist you directly.
