- Rental application data processed through our Buildium tenant portal

We also collect standard server logs and analytics (pages visited, browser type, referring URLs) through our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use. We do not sell this data.

Third-party services
Rental applications, payments, maintenance requests, and lease management are handled through Buildium. When you use the Buildium portal, Buildium's own privacy policy applies to data processed there. You can review Buildium's policy at buildium.com.
Our website is hosted on WP Engine. Standard hosting logs and infrastructure data are subject to WP Engine's privacy policy.

We retain contact form submissions and communications for up to two years. Tenancy records are retained as required by New York State landlord-tenant law.
