The information on this Site — including rental availability, pricing, and property details — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Rental listings are marketing representations only; actual lease terms are governed by your signed lease agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but we do not warrant that the Site is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Availability and pricing shown on the Site may not reflect real-time Buildium data.

Use of the site

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or harvest data from the Site in bulk or by automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
• Use the Site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

Rental applications and tenant portal

Rental applications are processed through Buildium. Submitting an application does not guarantee tenancy. Approval is subject to our screening criteria, availability, and applicable law. Application fees are non-refundable once processing begins.

Use of the Buildium tenant portal is subject to Buildium's own terms of service. Augmen is not responsible for interruptions to Buildium's service.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to Augmen Properties LLC. You may not reproduce or republish Site content without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (Buildium, Augmen Homebuyers, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
