We're visiting every Augmen Properties home throughout October, beginning the first week. Visits average about 30 minutes. Please choose a time with Sheri when you can be home.
Your fall checklist.
Please complete these tenant maintenance tasks where they apply to your home.
Outdoor hoses
Disconnect, drain, and store them before freezing weather.
HVAC filters
Replace your air filters with the correct size and type. Not sure which to buy? Just ask us.
Dryer vent
Clean or arrange cleaning of the exhaust duct that runs outdoors — not just the lint screen — to reduce fire risk. Hard to reach? We can arrange service.
Need us to handle it?
We're happy to arrange any of these. If a task is still incomplete at your inspection, we'll arrange completion and apply these charges, as provided in your lease.

We plan to visit each spring and fall. Your input helps us keep your home comfortable and well maintained.
- We'll check the home's condition and talk through repairs to handle now or plan for later.
- Show us any leaks, heating concerns, appliance issues, or other maintenance needs.
- Please keep access clear to equipment and any areas you'd like us to look at.

If no available appointment works, message us through the Buildium portal or call (585) 565-6103 and we'll coordinate another time. We'll also follow up with households that haven't scheduled.
Please keep reporting maintenance issues through Buildium as they come up — no need to wait for your inspection.
